The place where we do business is an obscure location in the heart of the heartland, in the USA. Naperville, to be exact. Email is, by far, the best way to contact us since I frequently don't have my phone with me. Plus its faster and more thoughtful. Think of how many times you thought "oh, I forgot to mention..."

I always try to be responsive to questions and issues. After all, everybody has issues, some worse than others. I mean really, there are paramotor pilots out there flying direct drives. Talk about issues! (I'm allowed to say that because I fly one.)
